Had good-sized and well laid out room with a king size bed for a VERY NICE stay for a business trip. Nice and perfect location right by Markham and GTA and Toronto for a short 1 Night Stay and CN tower/ Ripleys aquarium, could not be better. Also, to the restaurant for 8 bucks a person.
No breakfast at all.

The place was fairly clean with a courteous staff at every level. We were in an unbeatable location not too far from a shopping mall. The hotel itself was in an industrial area, close to Markham, Toronto and all Chinese restaurants.
We couldn't find breakfast.

Very noisy, heard doors shattering 4-5 times during night. Very unpleasant.

I appreciated how conveniently close we were to both Milliken Mills Park and First Markham Place, making it easy to enjoy some refreshing walks and great dining options, although the gym could use some improvement since the treadmill wasn't working when I tried to use it.

The hotel has a reasonably priced stay with a nice pool and helpful front desk staff. Unfortunately, thin walls made it hard to sleep with noise from neighbors, and dining options were lacking, especially at the attached restaurant, which could improve significantly.
